Flat Rate Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping anywhere in Canada and the continental USA.

Canadian orders cost $9.95 CAD some locations may vary

US orders cost $29.95 CAD some locations may vary

Orders generally shipped next day, sent Expedited Canada Post.  Tracking is available for all orders.

Some products are exempt from flat rate shipping.  Note; in some circumstances where the shipping charges are extremely high, we may ask the customer to pay for more than the flat rate. In these cases, you be contact prior to shipping your order.

Returns Policy
Clients requesting a refund only for defective or wrong items within 7 days of delivery must contact us via email for approval. The merchandise must be returned along with a copy of the invoice and authorization number. Products returned without an authorization number will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. 

• All merchandise must be in its original packaging and resalable in order to be refunded.
• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
• Exchanges will be processed according to their stock availability. You will be notified by email or telephone in the case of a back-order.

ANY and ALL edible food products (including all petal & luster dusts, food pens, colorings, fondant, cake crystals etc.)
